While four venues received full rescans this season, six more tracks have been significantly overhauled, modernizing their visuals and updating configurations to reflect real-world changes. These overhauls bring new life to some of iRacing’s most popular circuits, especially those on the NASCAR calendar.
Chicago Street Course

The streets of Chicago look better than ever thanks to a major art overhaul. Buildings, trackside objects, lighting, and foliage have all been updated, providing an even more immersive downtown racing experience.
Circuit of the Americas (COTA)

Austin’s signature circuit has been upgraded with refreshed art, scenery, and textures. Importantly, a new NASCAR West layout has been added, matching the configuration used in the real-world 2025 NASCAR weekend. Track rules and penalties have also been refined for greater accuracy.
Daytona International Speedway

Daytona remains one of the crown jewels of sim racing, and it now shines even brighter. The overhaul includes updated pit entry and exit points, Restart Zone adjustments, and an updated Le Mans chicane on the road course. Alongside refreshed artwork, textures, and foliage, Daytona continues to be a flagship oval and road racing venue.
Texas Motor Speedway

Texas joins the NASCAR Refresh lineup with modernized visuals and updated trackside elements. Buildings, lighting, and foliage have been reworked to align with iRacing’s current artistic standards.
Watkins Glen International

The Glen has been fully overhauled, including reworked curbing and track limits to better match NASCAR and IMSA rulesets. Updates to its Bus Stop configuration ensure accurate sports car and stock car racing experiences. All four layouts have been modernized, and the track’s famous Boot section has also been improved.
Oulton Park Circuit

The lone non-NASCAR track in this batch, Oulton Park has received a sweeping art refresh. Buildings, scenery, and foliage have been updated to current standards, bringing this classic British circuit back to life in vivid detail.
Elevating the NASCAR Refresh Project
These six overhauled tracks highlight iRacing’s NASCAR Refresh Project, a multi-season initiative to modernize every Cup Series venue in the sim. Combined with the rescanned tracks, these updates ensure that both the oval and road racing communities benefit from cutting-edge visuals, accurate rulesets, and more immersive race experiences.
