Week 13 is back for 2026 Season 1. iRacing has dropped the full schedule for the gap week before Season 2 kicks off. New to the platform? Week 13 falls between iRacing’s quarterly seasons. It’s when fresh content gets its first run and series regulars take a breather. iRacing also rolls out categories you won’t find in a standard season. This year, iRacing has added more Ranked series to the Week 13 card. That puts iRating and Safety Rating on the line in more places than any previous edition.
New Additions for 2026
The headline act is the 13th Week Shiny New Shakedown. This is a Ranked TCR series that drops Season 2 cars and tracks straight into competitive use. Racing starts the moment the Season 2 build goes live. Alongside it, the 13th Week Funny Forecast sends a TCR field to the Nurburgring Nordschleife in the rain. If you haven’t tackled the Green Hell in wet conditions, this is your chance.
Road, Oval, and Dirt
Sports car racers have a full week of options. Ferrari 296 Challenge, Porsche Cup Series, BMW M2 Cup, and GT3 Challenge Fixed all feature. GT4, GR86, and the Mazda MX-5 Cup are also on the card. Several series include St. Petersburg in the rotation. That circuit also appears in the formula car lineup via INDY NXT, Super Formula Lights, and the FIA F4 Challenge. On the oval side, races run from Street Stocks through the Truck Series. Dirt options cover Midgets, Sprint Cars, 358 Modifieds, and Pro Late Models across both oval and road.
The unranked series are where creative scheduling lives. Highlights include 5-lap Truck Series sprints, a Lotus 49 outing, and GTEs at St. Petersburg. Figure 8 racing with TCRs and Skip Barber Formula 2000 on dirt also feature. Time Trial fans get Hill Climbs and a Porsche 911 Cup (992.2) session at the Porsche Experience Center.
All new content goes live with the Season 2 build. Check the full Week 13 schedule on iRacing.com and get your sessions sorted before the grid fills up.
