iRacing released a new additional volume discount about a year ago. It was a 25% volume content discount that was added to the existing 10%, 20% and at that time 25% discount for 100% members which we also at the time a year ago increased to 30%.

The new 25% road and oval discount went over well that was introduced a year ago. The idea then was to try and make it more affordable to loyal customers buying all that content on either the road or oval side. However, many people do a mix of both and it can get a bit confusing so we decided to make it more simplistic and reachable for more people, especially as we continue to add more and more content. Therefore, we changed the 25% discount to:
25% Loyalty Discount: Purchase/License any 40 pieces of paid content (cars or tracks) and receive a 25% discount from that point forward on future content purchases. In other words, once you own any 40 pieces of paid content, every content purchase after that is automatically discounted by 25%.ย
This does not hurt anyone who had been doing the road or oval discount program and in fact is easier to attain for anyone now or in the future. The old program is you needed to own every road or oval car and any 25 tracks. This is better!!
