World of Outlaws 410 Sprint Car – Official Release

iRacing officially releases the World of Outlaws 410 Sprint Car on May 30, 2017, bringing one of dirt racing’s most iconic machines to the sim. As the top tier of winged Sprint Car racing, the 410 immediately becomes a centerpiece of iRacing’s dirt oval expansion.

The 410 Sprint Car is the pinnacle of dirt oval competition. With a 410 cubic inch V8 engine producing nearly 900 horsepower in a lightweight chassis, the car delivers extreme speed, razor-thin control margins, and spectacular on-track action. Its arrival in iRacing gives members access to the same style of racing made famous by the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series, where some of the biggest names in dirt racing battle across America’s premier tracks.

From its release, the 410 Sprint Car is placed into official World of Outlaws-sanctioned series within iRacing. This establishes a competitive ladder system alongside the 305 and 360 Sprint Cars, allowing drivers to progress through the ranks and test themselves against the best. The inclusion of the official branding also ties iRacing’s dirt racing directly to one of the most respected organizations in motorsports.

Key features of the car include its staggering power-to-weight ratio, responsive handling, and heavy reliance on throttle control and wing adjustments. Drivers must learn to balance aggression with finesse—overstep the limits, and the car can snap around instantly. For those able to master its unique demands, the 410 Sprint Car offers one of the most exhilarating and authentic racing experiences in the sim.

The World of Outlaws 410 Sprint Car remains a crown jewel in iRacing’s dirt oval lineup, standing as both the ultimate challenge for drivers and the centerpiece of some of the sim’s most competitive official series.
