Steven Wilson locked up his Championship 4 Finale berth on Tuesday night, dominating eNASCAR Race 10 at Michigan International Speedway. He led 53 of 73 laps and held off teammate Femi Olatunbosun by 0.122 seconds for a Spire Motorsports 1-2 sweep. Connor Yeroschak (Letarte eSports) rounded out the podium after an overtime finish. As a result, Wilson clinches his fifth consecutive Championship Finale appearance. He also records his 20th career eNASCAR victory, tying Nick Ottinger for third on the all-time wins list.

The result was Wilson’s third win of the 2026 season. However, it may also be his most complete performance. He took control on Lap 20 and stayed in front for most of the race, posting the fastest best lap of 37.697 seconds among all finishers. Because Wilson and Olatunbosun worked together as a unit, Spire Motorsports left Michigan with their best postseason result of the year.
Three cautions flew during the event, on Laps 23, 33, and 43. Each restart gave the field a chance to challenge Wilson at the front. However, Wilson managed them cleanly and held his position throughout. Spire’s pit strategy kept him on track position for the final runs rather than trading it for fresh tires late in the race.
When a final caution set up overtime with two laps remaining, Wilson and Olatunbosun locked into formation immediately. The teammates ran together through the closing laps and held off any challenge. Consequently, what could have been a chaotic finish became a controlled 1-2 for Spire.
Wyatt Tinsley (Kansas City Pioneers) came home fourth and Bobby Zalenski (ERA eSports) finished fifth. In contrast, Parker White had a difficult night. The 2024 champion suffered through multiple pit stops that cost him track position early, and he finished 31st.
After the race, Wilson credited his teammate’s presence as a key part of the strategy. “I’m not nervous at all when I know my boy Femi is lined up right behind me,” he said. Wilson also credited his Spectrum sponsorship for the car’s strength throughout the event. His No. 77 had the pace to win from Lap 20 onward.
Wilson is the only driver with a locked-in Championship Finale spot. Three positions remain, and three drivers currently sit above the cutline: Bobby Zalenski (ERA eSports) at 2,047 points, Connor Yeroschak (Letarte eSports) at 2,034, and Wyatt Tinsley (Kansas City Pioneers) at 2,033. Those margins above the cutline are narrow. Zalenski sits +21 over the bubble, Yeroschak +8, and Tinsley just +7. Meanwhile, Shawn Conklin sits -7 and Tucker Minter sits -8 below the cutline. Additionally, any of the nine non-Wilson drivers can still advance to the Finale. A win at Texas or Kansas earns an automatic berth under the win-and-in format. So the current standings favor Zalenski, Yeroschak, and Tinsley, but a single result could shift everything.
The next race runs on September 15 at Texas Motor Speedway. Because Wilson has already clinched his Finale spot, he can approach Texas with a longer view than the bubble drivers. Instead of pushing for a win at all costs, he can manage consistency and avoid unnecessary risk. The Championship Finale itself runs in October at the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
For Spire Motorsports, eNASCAR Race 10 was close to perfect. A 1-2 finish, a clinched Finale spot, and strong execution when the race went to overtime. Furthermore, the team heads to Texas with Wilson locked in and Olatunbosun still within the Championship 4 bubble. Two races remain. Three spots are still open.
