Paint the Yellow’s Brick Cup Series hit the track at Talladega Superspeedway on Thursday night for races seven, eight and nine of the 34 race season. Only 15 races left in the regular season for race winners to advance their way into the Chase for the Brick.

Ed Peoples returned to Paint the Yellow’s Brick Cup Series in style on Thursday night for race seven of the season. Peoples edged Matthew Quick on the final lap. Gary Horsley finished third with Rod Rhoemus Sr. in fourth and Michael Houser in fifth.

Jason Hughes came home sixth, with Kenneth McCullough Jr., James Howard, Dave McArthur and Rod Schopf rounding out the top ten.

Donald Hagan returned to victory lane in the Nationwide car at Talladega Superspeedway on Thursday night. Donald edged teammate Tom Moustakas at the line by just 0.033 seconds.

Gary Horsley came home in sixth, Damie Long seventh, Kevin Utley eighth, David Schamp in ninth and Nick Eichler finished in tenth.
Tom Moustakas led the field to the green with James Howard starting second. Donald Hagan lined up third with Jack Honeycutt and Kevin Utley rounding out the top five starting positions.
