iRacing 2026 Season 2 is live. The new build dropped on March 10 and the season kicked off on March 17, bringing two new cars, a brand-new street circuit, a rescan of Barber Motorsports Park, and a strong round of content updates across the sim. There are 130 active series this season, with official schedules following real-world motorsport calendars across road courses and ovals.
The headlining new cars are the Audi RS3 LMS Gen2 TCR, which takes over from its predecessor in the official touring car series and arrives AI-ready, and the NASCAR Truck RAM, the fourth manufacturer now running in the Craftsman Truck Series. The RAM made its real-world debut at Daytona just last month and ships in the sim AI-ready as well. The NASCAR Cup Chevrolet Camaro also receives the ZL1 performance package update for 2026.
On the track side, St. Petersburg Grand Prix joins the sim as a brand-new street circuit, coming off the back of its INDYCAR season opener and a historic first NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event at the venue. Barber Motorsports Park gets a complete rescan, replacing the previous version for anyone who already owns the track.
UI improvements include layout profiles for your HUD, a visual spotter display, and a standalone throttle and brake timeline. On the car side, GTE, TCR, and vintage IMSA each received full class refreshes, and the Lotus 49 gets a performance overhaul. All three are now rain-enabled for the first time. Oval content sees rubber pickup and distribution improvements, with Formula cars also getting performance updates on short ovals.
Full Season 2 build notes are on the iRacing forums. The complete schedule for all 130 series is at iRacing.com.
